Design Goals
The client has set the ambitious goal of being a hot-selling honey in department stores and targets to upper-middle-class consumers. There are at least ten competitors in the Australian market, and their labels are similar. Therefore, my task was to create a unique and recognisable label to catch target customers' eyes.
Moodboard
It is decided that the colour of the label will be luxury blue and the bee will be outlined and simplified after discussion with the client.
Iteration
To meet the client's needs and customer preferences, I iterated the label's colours and thickness of lines. Taking the budget into the consideration, the client and I decided to remove the gold foil stamp.
Honey Label
The product, by its very own nature and high quality, benefits the health of humans. The Label is primarily shown the bee and beehives. It reflects the power of nature.
